The XR360 is a high-power, high-stability rotary drilling rig engineered for large-scale foundation piling works—ideal for bridge construction, high-rise buildings, port terminals, and road/railway infrastructure projects that demand deep drilling, hard formation penetration, and precise hole-forming.
Equipped with a turbocharged engine (Euro Ⅲ emission standard) delivering 298kW (400HP) rated power and 360kN·m maximum drilling torque, it excels in complex strata including sandy gravel, backfill soil, silty clay, weathered layers, and water-rich formations.
Adopting a dedicated hydraulic retractable crawler chassis and heavy-duty components, it boasts exceptional overall stability. The patented parallelogram articulated mechanism and box-type drill mast made of high-strength steel enhance rigidity and torsion resistance.
With a maximum drilling depth of 96-102m and 2500mm maximum drilling diameter, it meets the requirements of large-scale foundation projects. Load-sensing technology achieves higher efficiency and energy saving.
