The square mineral separator, also known as a reciprocating screen, utilizes a unique motion trail for efficient separation. The vibratory force is an inertial force generated by a driving device winding along a dead axle. The essence of this swinging screen is the reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of an eccentric wheel. With a screen surface inclined between 0-5 degrees, the box undertakes a reciprocating movement, driving the material to jump directionally. Particles smaller than the aperture fall to the lower layer, while larger materials are discharged via the coarse outlet.
