Working Principle

The screen of the Horizontal Air Screen is cylindrical in shape and horizontally installed inside the machine body. Materials enter the screen cylinder through a spiral conveying system, where they are mixed and atomized with airflow. Under the combined action of centrifugal force generated by the fan blades inside the cylinder and cyclone propelling force, the materials are sprayed through the screen mesh, with fine powders discharged from the outlet.
