FYBS is designed to simulate the motion of human hands sieving, combining the "sieve" motion (planar circular motion) and "dustpan" motion (upward throwing of materials). It has the unique advantage of high efficient sieving precision, which capacity and mesh cloth lifetime are increased to more than 3~10 times compared with normal round sieving machine.
FYBS is suitable for fine particles and some ultra-fine particles, and has a better ability to maintain the material shape integrity. This equipment features a super-square tumbler screen model with a hanging structure. The screen mesh frame and the screen mesh installation method adopt a unique and innovative design, making installation very convenient.
Usually 9-layer design, can be divided into 10 grades at one time, or configured as multiple sets within one machine (e.g., 4+4 layers or 2+2+2 layers) to increase versatility and output.
