Working Principle

The system combines a cyclone cluster, dewatering screen, and slurry pump. The sand-water mixture enters the screen box where coarse sand settles. Fine particles are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged onto the screen for final dewatering.
