Our integrated cyclone-dewatering screen system combines a high-efficiency hydrocyclone with a robust dewatering screen and a powerful slurry pump. It is engineered for critical recovery of fine materials and water removal in diverse industrial environments.
Efficient Fines Recovery • Reliable Dewatering • Compact Design

The sand-water mixture enters the screen box where coarse particles settle. Fine particles and muddy water overflow into a tank and are pumped into the hydrocyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged through the underflow nozzle back onto the screen for final dewatering. This closed-loop system ensures high recovery efficiency and improved final product quality.

Our systems are widely utilized in:

Typically 7-10 days for stock items and 20-30 days for mass production. Exact timelines are confirmed during the order process.
We generally accept T/T with a standard term of 50% deposit and 50% balance before delivery.
We provide a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. Spare parts are available at cost price thereafter.
Yes, we provide customized, turnkey, or EPC solutions to set up complete production lines tailored to your specific requirements.
Yes, by recovering fine sand and reducing sediment buildup in return water systems, it improves water recycling efficiency and reduces waste.
The system primarily uses high-strength casting steel and wear-resistant components to ensure durability in harsh mining environments.
