Product Description

Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring System

This product is a two-component epoxy resin system with high solid content and excellent hardness, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance. It can be integrated with various bone materials and aggregates. After overall on-site casting and laying, it can be configured into diverse styles and patterns, providing a beautiful, durable, and highly decorative finish.

Installation Process

  • Substrate treatment: Grind and clean the ground, ensuring the substrate is dry and free of hollowing.
  • Primer coating: Fully mix epoxy resin and primer agents to roll apply. Follow with mortar scraping for construction.
  • Pattern making: Bond designed pattern molds to the mortar layer and pour with mixed epoxy resin grindstone and aggregate.
  • Slurry paving: Premix epoxy resin with intermediate coating and aggregate, then pour and pave as a whole.
  • Grinding and cleaning: After 24-hour curing, use professional grinders for a smooth finish. Fill pores and perform fine grinding.
  • Closed cover: Roll apply waterborne polyurethane finish paint at least twice to increase stain and wear resistance.
  • Waxing maintenance: Apply waterborne liquid floor wax after 72 hours of curing for long-term maintenance.
