Working Principle

The sand-water mixture enters the screen box, where coarse and medium sand move into the dewatering section. Fine particles overflow into a tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged onto the screen for final dewatering alongside the coarse sand. This system ensures high recovery efficiency and improved product quality.
