Working Principle

The system combines a cyclone cluster, a dewatering screen, and a slurry pump. The sand-water mixture enters the screen box, where coarse and medium sand settle. Fine particles overflow into a water tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged through the underflow nozzle and evenly distributed onto the screen for final dewatering. This ensures high recovery efficiency and improved product quality.
