Product Description

Preparation System Overview

Introduction:

A jaw crusher is used to crush block samples up to 150mm to 20-35mm. According to laboratory requirements, a grinder can be added to the system to prepare samples with smaller particle sizes.

After crushing, the samples are transported to the rotary sample divider through the primary and secondary belt conveyor for reduction. The speed of the conveyors and the splitting are adjustable. The drop between the primary and secondary conveyors allows the samples to be mixed.

Application:

Bulk sample processing of materials such as ore, coal, geological samples, industrial raw materials, and waste materials.

Function:

The Automatic Batch Sample Crushing Splitting Preparation System realizes mass sample crushing, division, and mixing, providing representative test samples for subsequent chemical analysis.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can this preparation system process?
The system is designed for bulk materials, including ore, coal, geological samples, industrial raw materials, and waste materials.
What is the maximum input size for the jaw crusher?
The jaw crusher can handle block samples with a feeding size of up to 150mm.
Can the output particle size be adjusted?
Yes, the standard output is 20-35mm, but a grinder can be added to the system to achieve even smaller particle sizes based on laboratory needs.
Is the sample division rate fixed?
The system offers flexible division rates, typically 1:8 or 1:10, to suit different sample reduction requirements.
Are the conveyor and splitting speeds controllable?
Yes, both the conveyor belt speed and the splitting speed are fully adjustable for precise control over the preparation process.
How does the system ensure sample representation?
The system utilizes a rotary sample divider and a specific drop between primary and secondary conveyors to ensure thorough mixing and accurate reduction.
