Grizzly Vibrating feeders are usually installed before the primary jaw crushers for feeding and sizing the raw material. They are made of high-strength steel to be able to bear big rock impacts. They are applied to feed evenly to jaw crusher and remove the clay and fines, promote the primary crushing efficiency maximally.
The feeders also are installed on portable or mobile crushing unit widely, and necessary equipments in crushing plant.
The grizzly rack of the feeder usually is of double or triple steps adaptable itself for the impact of loading shocks. The spacing of the grizzly bars can be adjustable to raise the capacity of primary crushing unit. Gravel vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged.
Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward; when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing.
