🚀 Product Description
Mine Pneumatic Pipeline Auxiliary Installation Vehicle
The CGQZ series mine pneumatic pipeline auxiliary installation vehicle is a new type of installation equipment for coal mines, mainly used for the installation and disassembly of gas drainage pipelines in coal mine tunnels. Powered by compressed air, it is suitable for working environments that are flammable, explosive, strongly magnetic, radioactive, dusty, with large temperature variations, and heavy water spray.
The machine consists of a work platform, pipe-grabbing mechanism, travel mechanism, outriggers, and air intake system. The work platform and pipe-grabbing mechanism can rotate ±180°, enabling pipeline installation on both sides of the tunnel without moving the vehicle. The pipe-grabbing mechanism is remotely controlled, significantly enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the main power source for the CGQZ installation vehicle?
A: The vehicle is powered entirely by compressed air, making it ideal for flammable and explosive underground mine environments.
Q2: What is the maximum lifting capacity and height?
A: Depending on the specific model, the lifting capacity ranges from 1000kg to 2000kg, with a standard lifting height of 4700mm.
Q3: How does the remote control system improve safety?
A: With a 50-meter remote control range, operators can adjust pipe positions from a safe distance, reducing the risk of injuries during heavy lifting operations.
Q4: Can this vehicle install pipes on both sides of a narrow tunnel?
A: Yes. The work platform and pipe-grabbing mechanism can rotate ±180°, allowing for installation on either side without repositioning the entire vehicle.
Q5: What are the standard lead times for an order?
A: Standard models generally ship within 15–30 days, while customized units or specific attachments may require 30–45 days.
Q6: What type of hydraulic oil is required for maintenance?
A: It is recommended to use approximately 120 liters of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for the fuel tank to ensure smooth operation of the hydraulic components.
