Belt Conveyor is one of the most economical choices for transporting bulk materials from one point to another point. The belt conveyor system is composed of conveyor belt, driving device, cylinder, roller, tension device, rack, head funnel, feed channel, sweeper, unloader, and electrical safety protection device. It is a continuous conveyor equipment using cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas and steel cord conveyor belt components for drag. It transports various bulk, block or integer goods with loose density 500-2500kg/m3.
With high belt speed, large handling capacity, and long distance conveying, this system is widely used in mining, metallurgy, port, cement, grain, chemical and other industries.
