⚙️ Product Overview

Overburden Casing System (Eccentric Casing System) is an ideal solution for drilling water wells, geothermal wells, short micropiles, and medium mini-type grouting holes for buildings and diamond harbor projects.

Economy: The eccentric system is the most economical solution due to its ingenious reaming wing. The bit is retrievable and can be reused for the next hole.

🔄 Working Principle

When drilling, the reamer bit rotates out to enlarge the hole, allowing the casing tube to slide down behind it. Once the required depth is reached, the drill pipe rotates in reverse, causing the reamer bit to retract. This allows the entire drilling system to be pulled through the casing.

⭐ Competitive Advantages
  • High-grade tungsten carbide inserts for superior durability.
  • Bit bodies manufactured from premium steel using state-of-the-art CNC machinery.
  • Advanced heat treatment processes for maximum performance.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the main application of the Eccentric Casing System?
It is primarily used for drilling water wells, geothermal wells, and foundation grouting holes in overburden or unstable ground conditions.
Q2: How does the "Economy" feature work in this system?
The reamer bit is designed to be retrievable. Once the casing is set, the bit retracts and can be pulled out to be used again for the next hole, significantly reducing costs.
Q3: What materials are used for the drill bits?
We use high-grade tungsten carbide inserts and premium forged steel for the bit bodies to ensure high wear resistance and performance.
Q4: Can the casing be left in the ground?
Yes, the casing can be left in the borehole to prevent collapse while pulling out the drill pipe or during concrete grouting.
Q5: Which DTH hammers are compatible with this system?
Our systems are compatible with a wide range of hammers including DHD, COP, and MISSION series depending on the specific model size (PA90 to PA190).
Q6: What inspection procedures are followed?
Every order undergoes 100% strict inspection and testing before packing to ensure quality compliance with ISO9001 and API standards.
