Product Description

Overburden Casing System (Eccentric Casing System) is ideal for drilling water wells, geothermal wells, short micropiles, and medium mini-type grouting holes for buildings and diamond harbor projects.

Economy: The eccentric system is the most cost-effective solution due to its ingenious reaming wing. The bit is retrievable and can be reused for subsequent holes.

Working Principle
During drilling, the reamer bit rotates out to enlarge the hole, allowing the casing tube to slide down behind it.
Upon reaching the required depth, the drill pipe rotates in the reverse direction, causing the reamer bit to retract.
This enables the entire drilling system to pass through the casing while it remains in place.
Competitive Advantage
High-grade tungsten carbide inserts for superior durability.
Bit bodies manufactured from high-grade steel.
Processed using state-of-the-art CNC machinery and advanced heat treatment.
